Jobe London has squashed rumours of being sick, as some fans called Jobe geu because he lost a lot of weight.
All these started when a video of Jobe appearing on stage went viral, and he obviously looked a shadow of himself.
His fans thought he was sick whilst rumours went rife about his demise. However, Jobe has stated emphatically that he is hale and hearty. Speaking to DailySun, the singer/dancer had this to say.
“It was taken early in 2021 and I was sick at the time. I was struggling with tuberculosis but I have recovered and I’m better now.
“If fans were to see me right now, they would see I’m OK,” he said.
“Because I was sick, I wasn’t performing at the event. It was a party for one for one of my siblings and I was just speaking.”
Jobe further assured his fans they he is no longer sick.
“I am not in hospital and I’m not sick in bed. I am OK now. Even though I was sick, it was not very serious. People just made up stories and I don’t know why. My fans don’t need to worry about me,” he said.
The Sukendleleni crooner also thanked his fans for their support and informed them of his forthcoming single and Amapiano project next month.
“May my fans continue supporting me. I appreciate their loyalty and I ask that they stick with me because I’ll make it in life and make great music,” he said.
“I will be dropping a single titled Utsotsi, featuring Reece Madlisa and Zuma in August. I’ll also drop a collaborative EP titled Killer London with Killer Kau.”
